central location thoughtful touch rushed check-in dirty balcony
The location was central to everything. The included minibar with soft drinks was a nice, thoughtful touch and it was replenished daily.
Check-in felt rushed and lacked warmth, with no detailed information shared about the hotel facilities. The balcony was quite dirty, so I couldn't really use it. I also didn't have much privacy there, since I could see and hear other guests.

central location spacious room varied breakfast
i found the location to be excellent for exploring. the rooms were spacious and modern. breakfast offered a good variety of options and the view from the restaurant was a definite plus.
The pool was a bit cold. It would have been better if it was heated.

convenient appointment helpful gentleman
My room, a Standard Double Room, had convenient appointments. The room design facilitated relaxation.. The gentleman who checked me in was helpful. He assisted me when I needed taxi and luggage storage.
The breakfast buffet could have been better. There were some empty spots of product.

Acceptable Stay
safe parking helpful staff sloppy check-in dust
The location proved excellent. Safe parking was available around the corner. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room included everything necessary, and the bed was huge.
Check-in felt sloppy. The receptionist didn't provide any information about the hotel or direct me to the lift. Housekeeping seemed haphazard with dust on surfaces and the shower door and floor. The balcony was quite dirty, impacting the opportunity to sit outside.
