The staff was friendly and helpful. I found parking convenient. Decaf coffee was a nice touch in my room. The television offered a good selection of channels. I had a well laid out and very clean room.
I noticed a somewhat tired look to the hotel both inside and out.

I found the room quite noisy, i could hear conversations from other rooms. also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some dirt on the shower head.

The hotel is a little outside the city. You need to drive to inverness.

oh, this place. the noise at night was something else. i could hear every single tap someone turned on and every word from other rooms. the bathroom wasn't what i'd call clean either. the shower head and skirting board had seen better days. i question those four stars.
