My room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also well-appointed, with a good-sized shower. The room was very clean and I had no issues with the facilities provided.

I appreciated the fast WiFi. The restaurant offered excellent food. Staff were amazing and created a cute atmosphere. I found the breakfast to be very nice and satisfying each morning.

the staff seemed nice and the location near inverness was acceptable.
I found the room quite noisy, i could hear conversations from other rooms. also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some dirt on the shower head.

The hotel is a little outside the city. You need to drive to inverness.

oh, this place. the noise at night was something else. i could hear every single tap someone turned on and every word from other rooms. the bathroom wasn't what i'd call clean either. the shower head and skirting board had seen better days. i question those four stars.

the room felt dated and noise travelled easily through the walls i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms the shower pressure was inadequate, barely more than a trickle, making it difficult to wash thoroughly the soft mattress also contributed to discomfort
