the staff seemed nice and the location near inverness was acceptable.
I found the room quite noisy, i could hear conversations from other rooms. also, the bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. I noticed some dirt on the shower head.

The hotel is a little outside the city. You need to drive to inverness.

oh, this place. the noise at night was something else. i could hear every single tap someone turned on and every word from other rooms. the bathroom wasn't what i'd call clean either. the shower head and skirting board had seen better days. i question those four stars.
