check in went super smooth. breakfast was awesome with many options and dinner and cocktails were a blast. amenities are superb, like, super good. the perks we received were not there, but i didn't care much, too excited. the aircon, yeah, it turned off every night, but i opened the window.

i didn't got the vip perks. also, water costing 12 euros is really excessive, even for a cool hotel. it got warm in the evening since the aircon turned off every night and i had to open the window.

my room was awesome with a super stylish look. i loved how the huge bed was placed. i also really spent hours at the sauna and pool area relaxing. it was nice to get a cake since i got there on my birthday.

the air con had issues. i understand that there was a heatwave but the air conditioning should work better. they said there wasn't a problem after they repair the receipt but i think this is gaslighting
