The tram stop near the hotel made visiting Bordeaux easy. My room included a fridge and facilities for making hot drinks. The staff were friendly and efficient. They promptly brought milk to my room when I asked. I appreciated the hotel's decor. It created a very pleasant ambience.

My window seemed jammed. It was difficult to open.

Okay Stay Near the Airport

outdated decorpoor noise isolation

I must say, my experience had a couple of hiccups. The room decor seemed like a blast from the past. the noise isolation wasn't the best. I could hear quite a bit of corridor chatter, which wasn't ideal when trying to catch some sleep before an early flight. The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were watery. The bacon wasn't crispy. It hardly seemed worth the price.

the hotel was much nicer than i anticipated, it has good quality. the room was clean. the bed was large enough to easily repack carry-ons. the breakfast was among the best i have had in europe and the outdoor dining area looked inviting, though it was too cool to use it.

i had to pay for each drink individually rather than running a tab on the room.
