The valet driver respected cars and stored mine carefully in the secure garage beneath the hotel. i was upgraded from a beautiful room. The bed was super comfortable. the bar staff made great cocktails. I enjoyed them while playing chess.

I booked a luxury double room, but ended up in a six-bed family apartment. its quality was very poor. bulbs were not working. Windows did not lock. wifi was also unavailable in the room.

the room was spacious and aesthetically designed. there was plenty of wardrobe space and a great bathroom. the bed was super comfortable!!! it provided excellent rest after a long day.

the hotel had a secure valet parking. the courtyard area and pool were special aspects. there are numerous board games located at the tables. the location is perfect, just minutes away from the shops and restaurants.

Staff were particularly attentive and courteous. They helped at all times. the reception team assisted with sightseeing tips. the personnel shows interest and empathy. the valet driver was excellent.

The hotel's location proved perfect. It allowed easy city exploration by foot. The outdoor heated pool had many towels available. I found the valet parking quite efficient. The service, I could relax.

I could hear it at all hours. I found this disruptive, especially during the night. Sleep quality suffered because of this noise.

The pool area offers comfortable loungers. i received a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, a nice touch. i had a free bottle of champagne because it was my honeymoon. the receptionist booked a table at a beautiful restaurant. I will return without hesitation.

the valet was initially a bit abrupt upon arrival. he seemed rushed and did not fully explain the parking process.

i stayed three nights. my room was never cleaned properly. it was a major letdown. the small touches you'd expect weren't there.
