great location food choice omelet order available option

the location was really good. it was near several bars, restaurants and cafes. breakfast included a variety of food. i discovered that omelets were available to order on the last day. i regret not knowing this sooner, so i want to let future guests know.

the air conditioning did not work properly. when i complained, i was not informed it was unfixable. i found this out only when i asked for specific details. i received a compensation of 90 euro for this.

the location was great, near the port, but the room felt quite small. i had booked a beautiful room city view, but it barely allowed space to walk around the bed. the bathroom had no shelves for a toiletry bag (very inconvenient) and the elevator access required navigating several difficult levels. it was like a struggle sometimes (especially with luggage).

great breakfast friendly staff broken aircon small room

the breakfast was great I noticed. Lots of choice was available, I can confirm. The staff were friendly, i think, and helpful , so it was pleasant. the location was amazing and close to restaurants, I think.

the aircon was not working in my room i found. it was not getting fixed, it seemed. the room was small, a bit disappointing. i paid extra for a city view, however i had a view of a roof.

the personalized service was excellent. i enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely view. the breakfast had many great choices!!!

the parking situation was a bit inconvenient. the staff could not provide detailed information. i later found out about a free parking area with a bus to the center.
