nice stay picturesque grounds excellent setting bus shuttle advance planning
Axel, Veron, and Iris. The hotel features beautiful and picturesque grounds. The attention to detail is visible, and the setting is excellent.
The hotel stay had disappointments. I was never told about a complimentary bus shuttle. Taxis cost €20 each way to the town. Dinner bookings require advance planning, unlike in other 5-star hotels!

hotel bikes chromotherapy shower adequate gym
the hotel provided bikes for a ride into the nearby town. the spa included a chromotherapy shower and aroma system a new experience for me. i used the gym it was small but adequate.
i noticed some inconsistent service from the staff at times

The grounds were fine. Interiors of this hotel were lovely. They had beautiful bikes available to ride around the vineyard.
There were no extras in the bathroom like toothpaste or toothbrush. I noticed no facial cleansing pads or earpicks were available. I thought a hotel of this rating should have these.

the junior suite had perfect size for a family. the hotel provided electric vehicle charging points in the parking.
The spa felt small. There was difficulty securing a massage appointment during my three-night stay.

rose gardens swan lake paper cups green algae
the grounds has roses. i did see a lake with swans. i appreciate there was chairs for viewing gardens.
the pool had paper cups left. green algae growed on steps. i think they should clean these things.

I liked the wine cellar. It included a knowledgeable sommelier. The staff were very helpful, answering all my questions. The spa area was great.

The hotel features a spa area. It is great for relaxation. I observed a well kept pool, alongside a wine cellar with expert staff. The grounds are impeccably kept, and the parking is both easy and close.

My room was bright with a high vaulted ceiling! The rooms have beautiful views of the vineyards. The room I stayed in was very clean and well maintained. I found the bed comfortable and spacious.
