the location was amazing! the staff were friendly and cute, i loved that. our family room mountain view was spacious and clean, really lovely! the breakfast had a great variety, which i appreciated a lot!!!

the pool wasn't warm. the heating system in the room didn't work well! this made it harder to dry our ski gear. these issues impacted our overall stay a bit.
