Luxurious Escape in the Heart of the City

The location is convenient, close to Myeongdong and Insadong markets. I could see both the sunrise and sunset from my room, a unique experience (a romantic touch!). The room upgrade allowed for a spacious stay in the Presidential Suite. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The front desk service was somewhat lacking for a hotel of this stature.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices. The food court in the department store has opening hours that are worth knowing to avoid any inconvenience.

The upgraded room was spacious. It featured a comfortable bed, a makeup table, a seating area, and a desk. The room had lovely city views and was cleaned daily. Towels and toiletries were provided.

The staff were polite and attentive, they provided a free room upgrade and efficient check-in. They allowed me to leave my luggage in the storage room while I travelled to Jeju and Busan, a very considerate gesture.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Myeongdong station, market, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. The bus stop for the K limousine is right outside the hotel, it makes travel to and from Incheon airport easy.

The location allowed easy access to many attractions. The subway entrance was a short walk, simplifying travel to other parts of the city. The room design featured a modern aesthetic. Staff members were kind and provided a very good level of service.

Really good Service and Convenient Location

The staff's friendliness stood out to me. They even ran around to get us on a bus when traffic regulations changed for military day.. i greatly appreciated their help. The hotel connects directly to a large mall. It offers great shopping and diverse food options.

Our room was not equipped with us standard plugs. The toilet had a leak and i found that quite inconvenient. The golfing range wasn't great either.. my son had to pay for a golf club when the club head flew off, so that was quite disappointing.

The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. There is a pool available, although i did not use it myself. The hotel offers direct access to duty free shopping across three floors.
