Inconsistent Service and Room Issues

leaky shower head disengaged staff

My recent visit had some hiccups. I was disappointed with the housekeeping standards. I found a leaky shower head that should have been obvious to the cleaning staff. It was not fixed (I thought they might magically fix it!). the front desk experience fell short. The staff seemed disengaged and not very cute. This left me with a feeling of mistrust. (I usually don't mistrust people that easily.)

The club lounge access situation was pretty irritating. i booked two rooms, figuring access was included for everyone, but no. apparently, the triple room only covers two people for lounge access. A fee was required for the third person. i mean, really (is that how a 5-star handles it?).
