the lobby is beautiful and very cute. the staff were very friendly. the room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable.

the swimming pool required an extra fee for access, which i found surprising. it was not included in the room rate.

I found the staff to be very cute. The location is convenient. It provides easy access to food streets and various transportation options. The room I stayed in was cozy and well-kept.

the staff were attentive. check-in was fast and easy. the elevators were fast and plentiful.

the outdoor pool required an entry fee not included with my room type. i was told the hotel does not carry any irons. i had to pay for laundry services to have my shirts ironed.

a romantic stay

amazing staff convenient location

The front office staff were amazing. They were very helpful. the location is fantastic. It offers convenience with the department store. so many food options were available both at the hotel and outside it! i loved having the seomyeon area so close.

The pool access was difficult. Check-in required getting a wrist band. i had to scan the band to open the door and put my gear in a locker. you can't swim in the indoor pool without a swimming cap. I wish that was clearer.

the rooms had good size and amazing views of the city!!! everything nearby was easy to access and the mall underneath featured a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes. the beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean. it.

i found that accessing the swimming pool required an extra charge, which i did not expect at a hotel of this caliber. it would have been more convenient if pool access was included in the room rate.
