The location was acceptable it was close to restaurants.

I found bugs on the bed. The front desk gave me a similar room. The hotel offered little compensation. This was frustrating

spacious room washing machine sauna room

i found the room clean and spacious. the washing machine in the room was a pleasant surprise after traveling. i liked the swimming pool. the sauna room was also very good.

The shower had issues with temperature and water pressure. I reported this to the staff, but they indicated it was normal.

the concierge was helpful, and the housekeeper was friendly. the smart room control system worked well. the staff was ready to assist with anything needed upon request, which we appreciated.

The residence is conveniently located between three train lines. This made transport simple. the airport limousine bus stop is near the hotel. this made arrival and departure very easy and stress-free.

the breakfast offered many good options and a wide variety of dishes. the lounge on the 19th floor provided a simpler experience with fewer food choices, but it was adequate.
