The hotel had a very convenient location near the Rialto Bridge. It made exploring the area easy. The staff was super friendly. My room was cleaned daily with fresh drinks and sheets provided.
Access to my room felt a little uncomfortable.

The breakfast selection included eggs and bacon. There were also cereals and croissants available. I thought it was a good start to the day, as all the basics were available and the coffee was GREAT.

This place is only a short walk from Ponte De Rialto. It is on the grand canal. I found the location ideal for getting around. There were also many nice bars and restaurants nearby.

The water taxi stop was very close. I found it easy to catch a water taxi at Rialto Mercato stop. It only took two stops towards the airport, then a quick hop on the Alilaguna. This was fast and inexpensive. The breakfast included a big selection with great service. They were so fast to get back to me when I contacted the hotel about a forgotten item.
Access to my room also felt a little uncomfortable.

This hotel has a fantastic location. The staff was really helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best I have ever experienced, so clean and refreshing. I enjoyed every moment of my time at this amazing place.
Accessing my room was also a bit uncomfortable.

the location is quite central , close to the rialto bridge. the water bus access to santa lucia train station proved convenient. i found the bar to be classy , opening relatively early for afternoon drinks.
my room felt quite small , an inconvenience when needing space. the overall cost did not fully align with the comfort experienced.
