broken socket faulty system

The air conditioning system seemed faulty. i could not lower THE temperature below 24 degrees. there were not enough available power sockets for charging my devices. Only european three-pin sockets existed, and one was broken. this made charging difficult for all of us.

Excellent Airport Proximity and Shuttle Service

The hotel provided a free shuttle to Venice, convenient. The airport shuttle was also easy to use. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The hotel offers free laundry facilities, a nice bonus for travelers (like me!).

I noticed that some of the electrical sockets were not compatible with my chargers.

The gym included a sauna and a jacuzzi on the rooftop. I appreciated the free laundry facilities. That was useful.

The bathtub was very slippery making it hard to step in and out.

airport shuttle early flight

i found the airport shuttle really convenient for my early flight. it was arranged by email before my stay and cost 8 euros. the staff were pleasant and cute, it felt professional.

the ac in my room showed an error. i couldn't reduce the temperature below 24 degrees, it felt too warm.
