Convenient Location and Clean Rooms
airport bus comfortable bedding
The bus stop right outside the building provided easy access to transport (i especially liked the airport bus). The room was very clean and modern. I was able to store my bags in the locker room after checking out, convenient. The bedding and pillows were very comfortable.
The lack of tea making facilities in the room was a bit disappointing. I always appreciate having a kettle for a quick cup of tea. There were no complimentary coffee packs in the room either (i usually expect that).

The reception staff spoke English fluently and were cool. The staff were also helpful with directions. They provided information about local attractions and bus routes (i really needed it).

The breakfast had a standard continental selection. It included croissants and biscuit cakes. I thought the breakfast was adequate with many options. There is a coffee shop next door to the hotel.

bus stop super clean room many choices
the bus STOP right outside took me straight to Venice. my Family Room was super clean. i liked the two tvs. Breakfast had MANY choices. it was enough to start the day.

a balanced stay
supermarket location bus stop pleasant staff no coffee machine extra fee stale water smell
the location has two supermarkets nearby. a bus stop is just outside the hotel. interactions with staff were pleasant and easy.
i read that you could get a coffee machine in your room, but was told no. i saw on their website that you could add late check out for €20, but then they charged me €25. the room smelled awful of stale water and we had to run the shower frequently to rid the smell.

limited variety ineffective soundproofing
The breakfast was SUBSTANDARD. The variety seemed limited for a so-called 4-star hotel and frankly, the quality was lacking. I also noticed that the soundproofing was not effective. I could hear street noise quite easily, which disrupted my sleep.

a wonderful venetian dream
convenient location easy trip romantic spots
i found the location convenient. the bus stop to venice is just outside. i could quickly reach all the romantic spots. breakfast was also good with several choices.
the pillows felt quite lumpy. i would have loved better pillows.

the hotel provided secure storage for our bikes in the underground garage, very helpful. the presence of air conditioning in the room allowed climate control, a big plus. elevators made access to higher floors convenient, no climbing involved.
