fantastic stay near the airport!

king bed convenient location

I was very happy with my room. It was a perfect beautiful king bedded room. hotel drop off to the airport was arranged, and the price was quite reasonable. its location close to the airport made it convenient for my early morning flight.

i noticed there was no welcome service at the front desk upon arrival. i would have really appreciated someone assisting with my luggage. a warmer reception would have made a big difference after a long day of travel.

early flight taxi arrangement

The front desk staff helped me arrange a taxi to the airport and offered a wake up call. The on-site casual restaurant made for a relaxing meal the evening before my early flight.

The hotel discontinued shuttle service to the airport, I was very disappointed.

restricted temperature control unprofessional service

The room was too cold. I could not adjust the temperature because the hotel restricted temperature control. The breakfast buffet seemed overpriced. The person overseeing the breakfast service lacked hospitality skills.

uneven experience NEAR the airport

expensive breakfast shuttle service

the staff was helpful, and the location IS close to the airport.

the hotel discontinued ITS shuttle service, so i had to pay for a taxi. the breakfast cost twenty euros PER person. the front desk did not mention this fee, and i only ate a yogurt.
