I enjoyed the free parking they reserved for me. This was very kind! i got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. It made me smile. extra pillows and towels arrived quickly when i requested them. They were so fast!

I found no concierge or porter services available. That surprised me. this service could.

ideal location reception team breakfast buffet

the hotel location near the main attractions WAS ideal. the team at reception were kind. the breakfast buffet included fresh items i enjoyed very much. a discount coupon for parking made things easier.

a slight negative i noticed involved slow service sometimes. this made ME wait longer than expected. perhaps more staff could improve this.

slow service unwelcoming staff

the hotel lobby, garden, restaurant, and bar are visually appealing. however, everything seems slow. staff doesn't seem cute if you don't speak french. i believe two nights might be too much, as a full 24 hours is enough to explore the city.
