A Peaceful Retreat

The room was super clean and quite spacious. i found the staff to be very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the food was really good. Every meal was a delight (especially the dinner!). i made use of the gym and found it well-equipped.

the water pressure in the shower was a little low, made rinsing a tad difficult.

I stayed in a Standard Triple Room. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in. My room was clean and spacious, and I had an excellent evening meal.

The room was too warm. The windows seemed old, possibly allowing someone to open them fully (and climb through). There was yellow scale on the shower, and the shower heads clearly were not replaced regularly.

My room had plenty of space. There was a double bed and a single bed, even though I traveled alone. The bathroom was spacious too, I liked that.

The room I stayed in felt quite cold. I told staff about this, and the heating improved for a night, but the cold returned on the third night. I was also told the boiler had problem at checkout. I did not receive an offer to change my room.
