i found the complimentary tuk-tuk service to be very convenient. it provided easy access to nearby attractions. the daily laundry service was also very helpful, ensuring i always had clean clothes. i found the complimentary laundry was very useful. it supported my daily needs perfectly.

the temperature in the room felt a bit too cold at times. i wasn't able to adjust it to my liking. also, my room faced a wall, so the view was not very appealing. i missed an open landscape.

The staff showed great hospitality, upgrading our room for the first two nights because it was our wedding anniversary. They REALLY decorated our beds with lotus flower petals. This was a kind gesture. Arranging dinner and nearby venues was easily handled by their tuk-tuk service. The hotel is only a short distance from town. The run tuk-tuk service was especially appreciated.
