I found the staff warm. They enhanced my visit. they arranged a sunrise breakfast hamper as i visited angkor wat. I found it thoughtful. the spa treatments were relaxing after temple tours! it was a welcome respite.

The restaurant service was slow, on one instance taking considerable time for our order, though i had a reservation. This affected our dining experience.

the hotel boasts beautiful tropical gardens. the settings are picturesque all around the hotel. the staff provided great service. i especially liked the welcome fruit basket in my room.

i found no tv in the room. i also noticed no bathtub. the coffee quality at the restaurant should be addressed. i chose to get coffee elsewhere.

The staff organized tours, and activities, and decorated the room for my honeymoon. I enjoyed breakfast each morning and appreciate that the staff packed breakfast when I rushed to explore temples. I found the hotel to be an oasis with beautiful plants throughout the grounds. The lily pond was nice. Everywhere I looked, there were beautiful tropical plants.

The restaurant service was slow. It took ninety minutes for our order to be taken and served.

I loved the architecture and the meticulously maintained grounds at this hotel. The tropical plants were beautiful everywhere. I found the staff very cute and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and complete. The spa treatments were affordable and I considered them very nice.

The coffee at the restaurant wasn't amazing. I actually opted for coffee at a bakery nearby.

The front desk staff WAS efficient, helping with requests.

I was NOT impressed with the restaurant service. It was slow. It took forever to get the menu, place our order, and for the food to arrive. Breakfast service was also quite SLOW, even after we marked our selections in advance. I wouldn't stay there again because of the restaurant's POOR service.

The hotel key needs to be inserted to turn everything on. Returning after sightseeing meant a warm room.
