I found the staff attentive. Lisa at reception was especially helpful, assisting with everything from airport pickup to arranging boat travel i appreciated the well-kept pool with its shaded areas perfect for swimming at any time of day the breakfast had excellent quality and the staff showed thoughtful consideration in their service

the hotel is centrally located and quiet with the night market approximately a 10-minute walk away tuk-tuks are readily available in front of the hotel offering rides to the night market for a small fee
I really loved the outdoor pool area. It was among the best I have experienced! The hotel staff provided a white glove service. They checked in on me every day. Amenities were wonderful. I really recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
