quick check-in central location quiet room hard mattress poor coffee
check-in was quick i arrived a bit early. they found a room for me within fifteen minutes. the hotel location is central to everything. the room was quiet.
i did not like the hard mattress. the breakfast coffee was not very good.

a royal experience
antique furniture comfortable bed
the location is perfect, really close to the main square. the staff was really helpful, they arranged a car to the airport for me. the room had interesting antique furniture and a comfortable bed. i had venison at the hotel restaurant and it tasted delicious.
the hotel is not reachable by car, so i had to walk some distance with my suitcases. it was a bit inconvenient. i hope this problem gets resolved soon.

the junior suite was beautifully decorated, spacious and very comfortable. the bathroom was large and marvelous. i enjoyed a really restful sleep here.

wonderful character and central location!
amazing food central location great character
this hotel is an absolute gem. it is located in the center of everything. the rooms have amazing character. deer restaurant serves amazing food. i would highly recommend this place. it made my four days so nice.
i noticed no complimentary bottled water in the room. the welcome could have been friendlier. there was no inquiry on checking out if i enjoyed my stay.

i stayed in an iron gate suite, and the room was beautiful. it was warm and cozy, and the bed was comfortable! the water pressure in the shower was great, something you don't often find in hotels.

The location was excellent. It was right in the heart of the old town. breakfast on my first day was very good. the second day, the selection and quality decreased. I noticed fewer options.
My room faced the lift. I could hear people coming and going. there was no hand soap provided. I thought this was unusual for a hotel in this category. i asked for some and received a terse response.

my room, a junior suite, was quite large and very clean. breakfast was plentiful, and it set me up for the day. the staff was very accommodating and nice.
the hotel did not offer assistance with luggage transport to the car park

wonderful location and charming rooms
quiet location clean restaurant
the hotel is in the heart of town, a short walk to attractions, restaurants, and the astronomical clock. it is still a quiet and safe location. i appreciated the charming rooms and the clean, onsite restaurant!!!

a stay with some minor issues
wooden furniture central location open-air bar breakfast variety juice quality limited choice
The wooden furniture gave the room a nice feel. i appreciated the slippers provided, a comfortable touch. the hotel's central location made exploring easy. staying at the open-air bar one evening was a good experience. The drinks were well-made.
I found a couple of things lacking . the breakfast lacked variety. I noticed it needed some more options. the juice quality was subpar, not what i expect. also, better juice would have made a difference.
