friendly staff ideal location amazing room

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave great local restaurant recommendations! the location couldn't be beat, letting me start each day walking across charles bridge. the room and restaurant were both amazing!

The minibar prices were a little high. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

Mediocre Stay Near Charles Bridge

no elevator third floor

The hotel's proximity to the Charles Bridge was convenient. It was easy to reach.

I booked a 'Classic Double or Twin Room'. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no elevator. The room was located on the third floor and going up the stairs with luggage proved exhausting, and I didn't get any help with it.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. the on-site restaurant provides a great choice for breakfast. I appreciated that.

i found the room to be in another building from the main hotel. i had to use stairs to reach my room on the top floor, it had some strange wooden beams.

prime location helpful staff friendly staff easy access

the hotel has an excellent location. it sits right at the foot of charles bridge. accessing key sights around the area was easy. the staff proved helpful and friendly.

the wifi signal occasionally weakened in certain areas of my room, this made consistent connectivity a little tricky at times.

ideal location clean room daily service much choice

The location is definitely a highlight. It sits very close to the Charles Bridge, placing many attractions within easy reach. Our room was serviced daily and was consistently clean. Breakfast provided a great start to the day with much choice and helpful staff.

My room was in a separate building. It was across the street, a bit different than expected..
