Excellent Hotel Experience

clean groundswonderful staff

The hotel grounds were very clean. Mohamed kept our room tidy and made excellent towel animals. I particularly appreciated the upgraded WiFi. It now covers the entire site. The rooms have been refurbished.

The hotel has a lovely entrance with well-tended gardens. the main buffet restaurant provided cooked breakfast with a selection of eggs, pancakes, and fruit. i visited the relax pool bar where the lovely mina made the holiday special. He is a credit to the hotel.

i found that there were no added luxuries like an iron in the room, robes, or slippers.

underwhelming stay with issues

messy checkoutloud air condition

The checkout process felt messy. staff claimed i broke the tv, but it wasn't working when i got to the room. they also said i left stuff behind, yet it wasn't mine. their bank terminal didn't work so i had to get cash. They even asked for more than the going exchange rate. the air conditioning was also quite loud.

repetitive dishesslow drink service

i was pretty annoyed by a couple of things. first, the main restaurant felt super repetitive. it was the same dishes night after night, even when they were barely touched (i wondered why they bothered!). also, getting drinks sometimes reminded me of a chore. i often had to flag someone down just to get a simple drink, and that got old pretty fast.
