Excellent Experience

The rooms were very clean. Housekeeping was professional. I liked the a la carte restaurant. The food was tasty. Norhan from Guest Relations booked a la carte for me. She arranged a honeymooner surprise in the room, and it was lovely. The hotel provided great service, so I have amazing memories now. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful.
I noticed some wear on the hotel, including broken fixtures.

There were multiple pools, and sun loungers were always available. It was easy to find a spot. The hotel offered varied activities and shows. The grounds are beautiful and super clean.

The food quality really let me down. I found the offerings repetitive and the meat often dry. half of my family experienced stomach issues during and after our stay. The biggest issue I had was that the staff does not smile. They clearly expect tips for every service. Security officials bothered me every time I entered or left the hotel. They are rude and.
