Heavenly Hotel Near Holy Site

kaaba view clean room accurate description

The location was really good, right by the haram entrance! the room description proved accurate. A kaaba view was visible at all times. the room was clean, and i enjoyed a fresh feeling .

the staff's english skills are somewhat limited, which presented slight communication issues.

i liked how close it was to the masjid. they have a good breakfast too with reasonable lunch and dinner prices, i thought.

the noise from the ac was annoying for me, maybe other people not feel it.

really good location quick access efficient service poor cleaning main gate access car access

The location was really good. It allowed very quick access to important places (it seemed like it took no time at all). The room service was prompt and very efficient. Mojibal Rahman was very proactive.

The cleaning in the room was not great. When I requested the room to be cleaned, staff only made the beds. They did not vacuum or take out the garbage. Access to the main gate by car was not possible.

great experience near the haram!

zam zam water room speaker

the room was spacious and clean. it had enough space for prayers and opening big bags. the hotel provided a carton bottle of zam zam water. i really appreciated this detail! we could hear the azan and the prayer itself in the room due to a speaker.

i found that the hotel would close off the entrance from safwa towards the haram close to prayer time! no other hotels did that and it was annoying. this made it less convenient during those times.

the room included bath amenities, a kettle, and sachets of tea and nescafe. there was enough space for prayers and for opening big bags, it was quite convenient and comfortable. a carton bottle of zam zam water was a nice touch.

the restaurant featured a great selection of asian food, with sambal offered at every meal! i appreciated the helpful staff on the front desk and found them to be very efficient. the immediate service definitely met my expectations
