the room had direct pool access, which i loved. the buffet breakfast had a great variety of foods. all the staff are friendly and very helpful. the rooms and facilities were clean.

the hotel charges for ice cubes, even when the refrigerator was not working properly.

I found the staff very helpful, especially jetly during breakfast. He was always ready with coffee refills, which i loved. our room had direct access to the pool, a real treat for a quick dip anytime. the breakfast buffet had a good variety. It was a good start to each day.

The wifi was spotty. I had some difficulty with connectivity. it made planning my day a bit harder.

the staff were very accommodating and cute i was able to get a massage while my family swam the poolside rooms are convenient for families with kids jetly was very attentive and provided great service she is the best

the distance to the beach is a bit far i had to take a shuttle to get there it was not a big deal but it took some extra time

the resort features a gym that guests can use the pools were also well maintained security guards were always present and helpful guests are allowed to use the beach beds at a nearby sister hotel by showing their towel.

good locationpoor insulationlong wait

the location was acceptable. everything was within walking distance.

the noise insulation was poor. i could hear other guests' conversations in the hallway and the nightly singer was audible from my room. also checkout was frustrating i had to wait for the room to be checked and my taxi was getting annoyed waiting
