the staff was friendly at the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

my room lacked hot water for several nights until i told someone, and they discovered it was turned OFF. then the air conditioning broke, and part of the floor flooded. after that, the toilet broke. ALL of this was a real hassle and VERY inconvenient.

the airport pickup was seamless and quick. the boat ride provided a very swift transfer to the island. the staff greeted me with refreshing drinks upon arrival, a very tender gesture.

the gym lacked air conditioning, a slight discomfort given the humid climate.

charming stay on secluded island

The resort responded quickly to email requests! the arrival and departure transfers were seamless. staff met me at the airport and drove me to the docks for the boat to the island. the resort is on a beautiful island with a nice beach. there are lots of chairs, loungers, and cabanas spread out along the beach! i booked several tours and scuba diving and all were excellent. there are two restaurants, one offering filipino and the other international foods. the grounds are clean. i had an oceanview suite. It was clean and spacious. there was a balcony with a sea view. The wifi connection throughout the hotel was very good. the resort also has turn down service. the staff in all departments were excellent, with a greeting and a smile. They were ready to help and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a nice experience while ensuring safety.

This island paradise included ample beachfront seating and activities. the two excellent restaurants on the island serve different cuisines. the resort had a nice beach. It offered comfortable spaces to relax. i enjoyed the spacious suite that offered a relaxing environment.
