prime location delicious buffet well kept gym empty boxes missing amenities unconcerned receptionist

i loved the prime location. many restaurants and shops are close by. the beach outside the hotel is beautiful. the breakfast buffet was especially delicious. the amenities like the gym were well maintained, and i used them frequently.

i requested amenities like slippers and bath gel, but they were not already in the room. the boxes in the bathroom were mostly empty. there was no initiative from the front desk when i forgot my ids. the receptionist didn't seem concerned.

delicious cuisine buffet breakfast attentive staff lovely staff

the staff was lovely and greeted guests throughout the day! buffet breakfast had authentic filipino cuisine, a delicious touch for a filipino living abroad. rose from the restaurant welcomed my family every morning, she remembered our last day and bid us farewell. the attentiveness of the staff stood out!

i found that everything went well except there were only 22 beach chairs for the whole resort, though there were tables behind us that had umbrellas.

The staff provided very helpful service and they even helped my son with his food allergies. I really appreciated the care and attention given by the service team here. rose at the restaurant was so good.

The breakfast buffet offered good quality and a diverse selection, i found many continental options available. the food was generally well prepared. The kitchen staff was very helpful and the food was great. i definitely enjoyed it

The rooms included comfy beds and all communal areas were maintained very well. I loved that the room had enough space. cleanliness was clearly a priority, and i noticed it right away. i am coming back!

Daytime security guards made sure guests could safely cross the roads, that was amazing! they even hailed tricycles when needed. I found all facilities very useful. there were several amenities available throughout the resort.

Easy access to the beach made it a convenient spot, but also the beachfront view from the restaurant made this place even better. the hotel is close to the nicest spots on white beach. The location was perfect, though the parking was expensive.

i found the location perfect, just steps from the white sand beach. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of dishes.

the hotel slippers and bath gel were not automatically provided. i had to request these amenities, a slight inconvenience.

Excellent Stay at Beachfront Resort

The staff was cute and helpful. The swimming pool had easy access. The food at the restaurant was delicious (especially the seafood). The facilities were clean, and the location provided easy access to transport. I enjoyed that breakfast had many choices each day. I found the rooms to be spacious and nice. The bathroom included amenities and it was very clean.

I noticed the mini bar was not stocked upon arrival. I would have liked to have a stocked mini bar for added convenience.
