relaxed atmosphere convenient location clean room constant noise lack of escape

i found the location very convenient near station 1 and station 2. the resort had a relaxed atmosphere suitable for families. i liked that the rooms were clean even though the poolside rooms were booked.

i heard constant noise from morning until evening.

inflexible staff lobby discomfort

The initial experience was unsettling. the hotel staff seemed overly focused on internal rules. i arrived early and wanted to use the changing rooms by the pool to freshen up after a long trip (specifically, my parents needed this). the staff denied access because i was not yet checked in. This lack of flexibility was disappointing. the absence of air conditioning in the lobby compounded the discomfort.
