The staff remembered my name and greeted me. The hotel offers free transport to Papaya Beach with a van and boat. This included a beach mat for use there.

My room faced a road and was quite noisy most of the time. Service in the bar and restaurant was slow. I felt the noise issue and slow service did not match the hotel's price.

the hotel provided linen carry bag, bandanas and bracelets. a welcome drink was offered on arrival, alongside discount vouchers for the spa, restaurant and bar. the swimming pool opening hours were convenient. the king bed was large and the air conditioning functioned well.

the roosters next to the hotel made noise. i had a problem sleeping because of this. it really ruined the stay at such a good hotel

I stayed in a beautiful king room. The breakfast buffet provided ample options for everyone. THE staff greeted guests by name. The location provided convenient access to both the beach and restaurants.

My room faced a balcony on a busy road. There was noise much of the time. The slow service in the bar and restaurant was disappointing. I felt that the noise and service didn't match the hotel's price.
