i appreciated the BIG rooms which were very close to the beach. the staff were great to our needs . restaurant staff knew the menu well and gave helpful suggestions. i was impressed by the attentive lifeguards, especially when they put up my beach umbrella during a drizzle.
i found that basic hygiene items like toothbrushes were not readily available. complimentary water bottles also were absent in the room. mosquito repellents were sold at a high price, even with the awareness of sand mites.

the staff was great!!! everyone was so cute and helpful. the food was amazing!!! i especially loved the fresh seafood. the location right on the beach was perfect, i could walk straight from my room to the sand.
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the resort, but it wasn't a big deal.

The beach was fabulous and the water was wonderfully clear. The restaurant food tasted good and the staff were attentive (especially for breakfast!). the location is great if you want to visit the underground river. It is very close.
i found that basic hygiene items, like toothbrushes, were not readily available. I also observed that bottled water was not complimentary in the room. mosquito repellent was available for purchase but not offered free of charge.

the location was fine right on the beach. the villas were beautiful too. filipino dishes were excellent i enjoyed every meal.
the airport transfer was pricey it cost 4200 php per trip. the small bottle of bug repellant was also expensive at 650 php.
