Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

poor soundproofing limited loungers

The staff were friendly and willing to assist with my needs .

The soundproofing was poor. I could easily hear noise from the next room. There were only a few sun loungers available by the pool, and the breakfast was decent, though the room itself didn't quite feel like a 5-star experience.
