acceptable stay, some issues noted

stained towels broken rower

the staff was good in a few instances.

The cleanliness Was concerning. I noticed stains on the provided towels and loungers around the pool. The gym equipment was also in poor condition. The rower was broken, and rust was visible on some equipment. I also found the need for housekeeping to inspect the room before checkout unusual. This created a sense of mistrust.

jungle paradise redefined

elegant solution delicious breakfast calming atmosphere

the location was superb, right on the campuhan ridge walk. the room's design used natural colors tastefully. i particularly enjoyed the bathtub (it was huge!) on the balcony overlooking the lush greenery. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, with six different styles to choose from each morning. it was a relaxing way to start the day.

i did find that the gym's limited hours (it closes at 6pm) were a slight inconvenience for evening workouts.

attentive staff prompt responses

I found the Royal Suite Pool Jungle View spacious and well kept. The jungle view added to the peaceful atmosphere of the room. The staff provided excellent service and were consistently attentive to my needs. I appreciated their prompt responses to any requests I had. The service was commendable.

I noticed slight wear on some of the furniture despite the hotel's recent opening.

The location offered amazing jungle views and a super calm vibe. The food was a real highlight. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and professional, therefore I felt welcomed.

The hotel includes a gym with basic equipment and a decent setup! a yoga class is available. There is a fantastic pool area equipped with super cozy loungers, these are ideal for relaxation. The main pool overlooks the jungle, this is a great feature.

yummy food infinity pool universal powerpoints free yoga

the food was yummy. I really enjoyed the infinity pool. UNIVERSAL powerpoints were so convenient. free yoga was a nice perk.

i had to walk a bit to get a ride from grab, but it wasn't a BIG deal.

balcony bathtub forest view main pool customer service room charging staff assistance

i stayed in a room above the private pool rooms and it had a balcony bathtub. the view overlooked the forest and hills. the main pool was amazing!!! i actually preferred my room over the private pool rooms.

I found the customer service lacking sometimes. i often had to ask staff for assistance ordering things. also, we could not charge anything to the room. We had to pay immediately every single time.
