The breakfast included various options. It all tasted delicious. The afternoon tea had great cappuccino, tea, and juice accompanied by tasty snacks. I also enjoyed the activities. They were a lot of fun. The pool area is beautiful. It is also super clean CLEAN!!!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They were always available. My upgraded villa was spacious. It featured a private pool. The breakfast offered a great selection. The Balinese breakfast stood out as my favorite. The location proved convenient. The beach was within walking distance.
I noticed some minor works happening during the day , but it did not greatly affect my stay.

the staff greeted us warmly and they added touches to. they found out we were leaving early for a trip the next day and offered to make us breakfast boxes to go. breakfast was amazing each day, and they had non-dairy options!
Bathroom facilities are open to the room and are partitioned off by glass doors and a curtain. i thought it was not private enough. teacups were not changed. Old tea was left for 2 days.

My arrival felt special, starting with the warm welcome. The staff displayed amazing warmth and graciousness . Food portions were generous, and every dish was very tasty. The garden and pool area was kept pristine, so i spent a lot of time there.
The only very slight issue i found was that the sound insulation wasn't perfect. It could be a little noisy sometimes.

the staff provided daily servicing and replenishment of the rooms. i appreciated the high-quality bali furniture in the villa. the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in this climate!). the breakfast offered a very good variety of healthy and traditional options.
the teacups were not changed daily, and old tea remained for a couple of days, a minor inconvenience.
