uneven experience marred by maintenance issues
algae floor peeling paint
the hotel's location was convenient, it allowed for easy access to local attractions.
the pools condition was disappointing. i noticed green algae on the floor of the pool. paint peeled off around the edges , made it unappealing, and i didn't swim there.

a peaceful retreat in central area
peaceful oasis kind staff breakfast selection
the hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk to the beach and near many restaurants and shops it is set back from the street which allows a peaceful oasis. the staff were very kind and cute and upon arrival i got a welcome drink voucher i used it and had a delicious cocktail. the breakfast had a wide selection and included both local and western choices.
the towels in the room looked a little old and not very fluffy

breakfast offered many options with western and local dishes available i enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries each morning plus they had an egg station so orders were freshly made.

all staff provided excellent service they were always smiling polite and very friendly to me concierge staff were helpful with directions and arranged transportation which was perfect.

my room had a comfortable king size bed and good pillows the room and bathroom were very clean i slept very well at night in the quiet atmosphere plus the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the hotel is located in the heart of the area with many food choices and massages nearby the hotel is set back from the main road therefore the location is quiet at night for a good sleep.

charming hideaway in the heart of everything
helpful staff spacious room standout feature
i found the staff helpful. they remembered my name which i found very personal. the room was spacious, and the bed was large. the pool area was a standout feature for me. i really loved relaxing there after a day of exploring.
The towels felt a bit old. They weren't very fluffy. it was a really minor thing.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. i noticed good variety but fewer options existed for vegetarians. the cook to order omelette station was a welcome addition.

the hotel offers a golf cart shuttle. it helps guests move easily from one end to the other. the spa provides a range of treatments, and it is named ambient spa.

The hotel's location is convenient. It has easy access to both shopping and dining. the beach is within walking distance, about ten minutes away. seminyak square is also nearby.

charming stay!
friendly staff private pool great breakfast excellent menu
The staff were so helpful and friendly, it. I stayed in a villa, and it had its own pool. the included breakfast was a great addition. It was the best buffet breakfast i have ever experienced. the evening menu was also excellent.
The towels in the room were slightly grey and did not look fluffy. they were clean.

The location is perfect for walking everywhere. Taxis are easily accessible. it is really convenient to get around. the pool area is great, and the pool bar is open until 10pm.

The room was clean and large. It had nice touches. air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was not too loud. i had a poolside room, and it was quiet and peaceful, so i could rest comfortably.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and they couldn't do enough. they always had a smile. i really appreciated their good english. It made communication easy.
