The gardens were well maintained. the staff were friendly and very helpful. i needed assistance arranging dry cleaning for pickup and drop off at the lobby. They handled everything efficiently. the newly renovated outdoor cafe beside the beach was also great.
The phone in my room didn't work. when i tried to call reception, i had to message someone through whatsapp, who then called the reception. It was a bad way to solve problems.

My room was well appointed with a balcony. it overlooked the beautiful garden. This, especially in the mornings and evenings. the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel features a private beach and is near many restaurants. This provided convenience. the main restaurant, santai beach house, had a view of the pool, beach, and sea. it also had a cooling sea breeze.

I felt deceived after the wedding events. Being woken up early before a long flight home was not a relaxing end to my trip. Restaurant service seemed inconsistent at times.

I found the staff very cute and always attentive. The food was also very good and drinks excellent, especially at the swim up bar. I also appreciated the honeymoon dinner spot located right on the beach, it was perfect.
The resort is good but I think it need an update soon.

The staff was attentive. They provided prompt service. The rooms are spacious. My room had comfortable beds and a balcony (it was great!). I found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The food was fresh and delicious. The pool area was clean. The bar service was quick and efficient.
The beach had seaweed in the mornings (it was a bit of a nuisance).
