inconvenient console limited choice
The staff were always willing to help, which I appreciated.
I was disappointed. The air conditioning remote was a console near the door. This meant I had to get out of bed to change the temperature. It was really inconvenient. The hotel lacked food options. I came down for breakfast one day and no tables were available. I have never had this happen at a hotel before.

the room smelled strongly of dampness. it needed a refresh. steps down to the pool area were excessive. it was not ideal for people with accessibility requirements.

wonderful stay with perfect service
butler team quick service maintained rooms
the villa we booked was perfect for my family of six. the service from our butler team was very good and quick. the rooms are well maintained and any service requests are responded to fast.
i did not know it when i booked and was not happy about this. they gave me access to another pool as a solution, but it had zero view.
