Acceptable Stay but Some Issues

The breakfast had lovely chilled food. It was kept in a cool room overlooking the beach.
I was disappointed because the room was a bit dark, and the view was not so good. It affected the overall experience.

Authentic Balinese stay

I found the resort grounds beautifully maintained with a great amount of shade. The breakfast buffet had different options, this makes it a good start to the day. Dinner shows was a bonus. I used the luggage storage after checkout and it was a day saver.
I faced a minor issue, the fitness center equipment showed some rust. I think they must work for a better maintenance.

My room was spacious and it showed a traditional Balinese style. A king-sized bed was comfortable, i had soft pillows and white linens. Water in glass bottles were a good point, these were refilled every day.

The pool was large and its depth reached 2 meters. A bar served cocktails right in the pool. I observed comfortable sunbeds by the pool and near the beach. A long promenade was good for an evening walk.

The staff were very friendly, i saw them always ready to help. I noticed their warm welcome. The resort has staff with a professional behavior and genuine hospitality.

The breakfast included variety of food. I liked the different options. The resort offers themed evenings, this add an activity to the stay. I found three restaurants providing beautiful panoramas.

This resort feature an ideal location. It had direct access to the beach, I really liked it. The well maintained pool area was perfect for a refreshing swim. I use sun loungers and enjoyed the free water dispensers located on every floor.
I noticed seating for evening entertainment reserved only for all inclusive guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist me with a smile, this made the service satisfactory. They seem genuinely interested in, i think.

The hotel is situated right on the beach. It offers easy access to the sea, i love it. The setting provided beautiful tropical scenery and a super calm place for relaxation, this resort is great.

The buffet breakfast offered a huge selection of options. I found something for every taste. Ratna restaurant provided satisfactory meals plus a beach bar which was nice. The Cempaka restaurant also provides great staff and food.
