an really good retreat
really good attention wide selection great snorkeling quiet location
the staff showed really good attention to detail. i liked that they remembered my name (and even my drink preferences!). i found the a la carte breakfast great, with a wide selection of fresh juices. the private boat charter to the gili islands allowed for some great snorkeling. i thought the hotel was in a quiet part of lombok, perfect for relaxation.
the early morning prayers from nearby mosques were audible, even with earplugs.
Location
9/10
the hotel is located in a secluded area, away from the crowds. the setting provides a tranquil atmosphere, promoting relaxation, and i found the short boat ride to the gili islands convenient, expanding leisure opportunities.

Really good Lombok Stay
fine view horse riding luxury experience
Our rooms offered a fine view and supreme comfort. The hotel activities included horse riding near the beach. Staff addressed food requests and organized transport for excursions. The beach barbecue dinner featured a saxophonist.
The early morning calls to prayer from nearby mosques disrupted sleep. Earplugs provided limited relief. I wish this noise issue was better managed.
Service
9/10
The staff are genuinely attentive, greeting guests with a smile. The team fulfilled special food requests and readily arranged transport. The staff provided prompt and efficient service.
Rooms
9/10
The villa had a private pool and a viewing terrace with a dining table. The bathroom was spacious, including two separate sinks. The villa provided lovely views and a peaceful retreat away from the main areas.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides daily activities like horse riding and snorkeling. The pool area includes ample loungers with shaded sections. There is a tennis court available for guest use at no additional charge.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located a short 15-minute speedboat trip from the Gili Islands. Airport transfer takes approximately two hours, offering a secluded setting, and hotel arranged rides across the island. The secluded spot is a perfect hideaway.

overall a reasonable experience
friendly staff fresh smoothies dark room bed frame
the staff members were super friendly. they were always smiling and ready to help. the food was amazing!!! i especially loved the fresh smoothies and juices at breakfast. the resort even organized a private transfer directly to gili air, that was so convenient!
it felt really dark because of the wooden details and limited light. getting in and out of bed was a struggle because of the bed frame design.
