an really good retreat

really good attentionwide selectiongreat snorkelingquiet location
the staff showed really good attention to detail. i liked that they remembered my name (and even my drink preferences!). i found the a la carte breakfast great, with a wide selection of fresh juices. the private boat charter to the gili islands allowed for some great snorkeling. i thought the hotel was in a quiet part of lombok, perfect for relaxation.
the early morning prayers from nearby mosques were audible, even with earplugs.

Our rooms offered a fine view and supreme comfort. The hotel activities included horse riding near the beach. Staff addressed food requests and organized transport for excursions. The beach barbecue dinner featured a saxophonist.
The early morning calls to prayer from nearby mosques disrupted sleep. Earplugs provided limited relief. I wish this noise issue was better managed.

overall a reasonable experience

friendly stafffresh smoothiesdark roombed frame
the staff members were super friendly. they were always smiling and ready to help. the food was amazing!!! i especially loved the fresh smoothies and juices at breakfast. the resort even organized a private transfer directly to gili air, that was so convenient!
it felt really dark because of the wooden details and limited light. getting in and out of bed was a struggle because of the bed frame design.
