a lovely stay it was

the breakfast buffet did offer a great selection, with many local fruits available. the staff they were kind and attentive, always smiling. our room it was cleaned daily, and the minibar included free soft drinks. i felt very pampered .
the air conditioning it was difficult to regulate, it was either too cold or too hot. the tv, it turned on during the night by itself, that was strange. the bathroom, it wasn't fully separated from the room, so the privacy it was not great.

Jaya, one of the butlers, was very friendly and helpful I noted beautiful flowers in the garden and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel is a short walk from the monkey forest I believe it was about 5 minutes. Breakfast included both a la carte options and a buffet that was delicious.
The room had a very slight musty drain smell. The staff used a dehumidifier in an attempt to mask it I noticed a fragrance dispenser.

Adequate stay with minor issues

The room was spacious, and it was clean. The hotel has cozy facilities. The gardens looked beautiful. The location is perfect for shops and restaurants. It is very convenient.
The bathroom design seemed a little odd. The decor in the room was somewhat dated. I did not find enough power outlets near the bed. The mattress was like soft toppers over springs. I did not find it very comfortable.
