mixed feelings about the stay

relentless traffic bland dishes

the noise was a real issue (and not just from the call to prayer). my room faced the road and the traffic was relentless. it made it hard to relax, especially at night. also, the food quality didn't quite match the price. some dishes were okay, but others were surprisingly bland. i expected more flavor and creativity.

peaceful lombok escape

ample choice landscaped garden relaxing environment

The hotel featured three distinct restaurants, so i had ample choice in dining experiences. i enjoyed relaxing by the three pools available. Finding a lounger was never an issue. the landscaped gardens were constantly cared for, and the overall environment felt very relaxing.

I did notice some slight staining on the sunbeds. A minor cosmetic issue.

The hotel provides direct beach access, though the steps down are somewhat rocky. senggigi beach is nearby. A quick taxi ride makes it easily accessible. a small minimart sits just up the road, useful for quick necessities.

My ocean view room included a nice balcony. the room was cleaned daily. They also prepared it in the evenings. the outdoor bathroom added a unique touch to the room's appeal. It felt very spacious.

The location was great. It was easy to rent a scooter just outside. The beautiful hotel grounds were pleasant. EXCELLENT food was always available.

The breakfast juice was mostly ice. Only one fresh coffee per person was included (unless you enjoy coffee that has been sitting out since early morning). I also noticed that the bar service was slow.

lovely beachfront experience

clean pools beachfront restaurants relaxing pool

i really enjoyed my time at this resort the pools were clean and well maintained i found the beachfront restaurants to be fantastic the bars had a great selection of drinks i liked the villas especially the ones with a pool it was relaxing

the steps down to the beach were steep and rocky i would have liked waiter service for drinks at the pools it would have been more convenient i felt a little pressured to eat at the hotel sometimes

the room included a spacious balcony i liked the bathroom design it had partial outdoor elements the room was generally nice and well kept the bed was comfortable.

breakfast by the water was a highlight i appreciated the beautiful presentation of the food the resort offered multiple restaurants each with high quality meals i found the dining experience enjoyable.

the staff members were very kind and cute they did a great job of making my stay comfortable i found them to be helpful throughout my time there the service was excellent.
