I must say, my stay wasn't flawless. the noise level at night was pretty intense. It reminded me of the party never stopped outside the hotel and frankly, earplugs shouldn't be a standard amenity. also, i found the vegan breakfast menu a bit restrictive. I was hoping for more variety beyond smoothies and beet juice, especially considering i stayed seven nights. a regular cup of tea would have been nice as well. i guess i expected a bit more given the price.

The rooms were quite small. I noticed there was no closet space. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep, the windows did not block the noise from the streets.

The location was great. We could walk to many places easily. I enjoyed the vegan breakfast options. They were really delicious. The staff was amazing. They helped with everything we needed and were ALWAYS very attentive.

The room I stayed in was a bit small. Storage space was limited. It made it difficult to unpack completely.

The rooftop restaurant offered Fine views of the bay and surrounding cliffs. I appreciated the free local airport transfer. It was very convenient for my early flight. The staff also offered to prepare breakfast the night before, because the restaurant would not be open yet. This level of service was very generous.

I experienced a slight delay obtaining beach towels one morning. A twenty minute wait and several phone calls were needed to locate them. I eventually went without, but I hope the hotel improves this.

The noise level was really tough. There was disturbance from outside at all hours. This affected my sleep. Breakfast preparation was really slow. I had to constantly remind staff to get things ready. the room curtains did not fully close. Sunlight shone directly onto the bed. Made sleeping in the morning impossible.
