Acceptable Stay, Some Issues with Sewage Smell
friendly staffsewage smell
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered a welcome drink upon arrival and explained the amenities.
The sewage smell was UNBEARABLE, especially by the pool and restaurant. I really lost my appetite a few times because of it.

The staff members were always attentive and helpful. The food offered was very good, I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, it gave amazing views. Spa services provided a relaxing experience.
The distance to the town center required short rides, though tuk-tuks were readily available.

The rooftop pool had great views. I enjoyed relaxing there. The room included a minibar and a tv. It offered many entertainment options. The complimentary breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). There were various choices. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel location is a short tricycle ride from town, this adds extra travel time.

the rooftop bar was fine, i liked it.
the air conditioning in my room was so loud, and old too. i had a really hard time trying to sleep so i used earplugs. plus, there was a power outage twice , and that was not fun at all.

the air conditioning unit sound like a truck. i needed earplugs to sleep, real swell. the wifi acted up too, like i was back in the stone age. dont know about that.
