I enjoyed my stay . The staff was cute. the hotel maintained super clean conditions, which i appreciated. the lemon water in the lobby was refreshing. the piano music in the evening added a sophisticated touch to the atmosphere.

the room i was assigned was a bit noisy, the hard floors amplified the sounds from above, particularly chairs dragging and doors slamming late at night.

My beautiful double room included ample space and necessary amenities. the design was tasteful, and all features were properly maintained. I found the bed to be very supportive. fresh linens were supplied daily.

The pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere. I noted many sunbeds. the rooftop bar provided excellent margaritas, i particularly enjoyed. the restaurant near the pool served a great lunch, the terrace being a definite highlight.

Staff members demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. They assisted with local area recommendations. the concierge team proved very useful for restaurant suggestions, i appreciated their knowledge. the welcome was warm and genuine, a glass of cava was offered upon arrival.

the rooftop bar had exquisite cocktails. it offered amazing views. the breakfast had a large selection. i could find almost everything i wanted.

the price to use the pool was expensive. it cost 30 euros per person per hour. i think this is too much. the pool area was crowded. there were many people and few chairs.

the hotel was fine. the lobby includes beautiful décor and festive christmas decorations. my premier double room has a small balcony that overlooks the city. I found the Bulgari toiletries in the bathroom to be a LUXURY. the air conditioning works really well.

i found that pool restaurant to be average. the service was slow, and I saw no smiles. this was not in line with other stellar parts of the hotel.
