Really good Hotel Stay

The hotel is in the heart of the area near many restaurants and bars. The room was very clean and modern. Housekeeping came twice daily. A digital concierge on WhatsApp provided recommendations and helped with restaurant reservations. Access to a car was available in the evenings. I liked it.
The junior suites have poor soundproofing causing noise issues. Loud music from the central plaza played until late at night. This.

The junior suite was spotlessly clean, a beautiful terrace enhanced relaxation. I felt very comfortable. staff delivered excellent service. amenities like the pools and restaurants were amazing. i would definitely stay here again!
I didn't like that the rooms are quite dated, not really reflecting a five-star experience. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and that was not great for the price.

Underwhelming experience. Needs improvement

faulty doorrude staff
I found a few issues that detracted from the stay. The bathroom door did not work, and I was unable to open it one morning. A technician had to fix it. The hotel staff only sent the technician each morning but did not further address the issue. I expected better service. The front desk was often unstaffed. I sometimes waited for someone to appear. The staff seemed rude at times, not answering questions or saying they did not know.
