Excellent Service and Clean Rooms

friendly staff convenient lift clean room coffee machine

I found the staff friendly. They happily gave us a lift to a nearby wedding and picked us up later, which I appreciated. The room was very clean, and there was a complimentary coffee machine available. I think the new owners acknowledged that some areas require refurbishment, as some parts looked a little worn.

The absence of hot water presented a slight inconvenience.

The location is convenient, immediately off the A1, so finding the destination was straightforward. This made attending a wedding in a nearby village easy. I found the ease of access quite helpful.

the food was excellent and arrived quickly. the service from the staff was fabulous and very attentive. free parking was available and easy to access.

the thermostat in the room didn't seem to respond to adjustments.

The location was convenient, just off the A1. Staff provided a lift to a nearby wedding and picked us up later. The room featured a complimentary coffee machine for guest use. I found this very practical.

My room was immediately above the pub and was noisy until closing time.

The restaurant was closed , so I was guided to order takeout. The hotel provided plates and cutlery, so it worked out fine. I considered this a helpful and thoughtful solution.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit. They looked after all guests. Staff were happy to help and very kind, I certainly appreciated it.

The hotel offers decent Wi-Fi connectivity. The location is just off the motorway, which makes it easy to access. I found it useful. The log fire was also welcome.
