poor bathroom cleanliness issue
The breakfast was good. The service was excellent.
The bathroom facilities were very poor. I found the facilities a significant letdown, and they impacted my overall experience (I expected better). Cleanliness was also not up to par.

The location was special, right by the riverside. the breakfast was a highlight. The coffee especially stood out (i loved it!).
The garden had some furniture that seemed a bit unsafe. I noticed exposed nails on some of the wooden pieces.
