a real home away from home

roy was very cute and helpful. he showed me to my room right from the free car park. the room had its own entrance.. it was great. inside was a decent bed linen and a great shower room.

The coffee and tea facilities were minimal. No biscuits were available.

the owners are available at all times via a quick call or message. early check-in was easy to arrange, and there is no need to formally check out. you vacate the room by 10:30 and leave your key inside.

minimal facilities blackout curtains

the provided parking was sufficient, it was a plus.

The description labeled it as a "boutique" hotel, but it falls short of that standard. minimal coffee and tea provisions disappointed me. There were no biscuits. additionally, the curtains let in too much light in the morning because they were not blackout curtains.
