the room was nice. the staff was always helpful and friendly. the room had everything i needed. i got a very silent night. just what i needed.

The door to the rooms didn't lock. Anyone could walk in, concerning.

the room was clean. the tv worked just fine. the bed was clean. it was a quick and easy stay to visit family. i will be using it again soon for the same purpose. the price was great too.

the shower temperature, it was a little temperamental, that's all.

the staff are NICE. they were always friendly and helpful. the kitchen facilities were a GOOD addition, i could cook my own meals. the room had a kettle for making tea.

my room was quite SMALL. the shower only had cold WATER. the corridor needed some wallpaper.

The shower had cold water. The space was minimal (hardly room for my toiletries!). The kettle was awkward. I couldn't fill it easily under the tap. the corridor's wallpaper was peeling. It wasn't GREAT.
